TP Mazembe winger Solomon Asante has admitted that his side would have to put up an extraordinary performance to be able to subdue Medeama in their CAF Confederation Cup match on Sunday.
The Lubumbashi outfit secured an emphatic 3-1 win over the Yellow and Mauves in the first round.
The five-time African champions have qualified to the Semi-finals with two games to spare having amassed 10 points from four games.
Asante indicated that although Medeama lie at the third position on the table with five points, he and his teammates underrate them at their own peril.
“Ghana is my home and I am happy to be back, but I think the game is really going to be tough,” the Ghana international told the presser.
“Medeama is a big Club in Ghana and they want to win all points in other to qualify. If they are able to pick the three points they can qualify to the next round.
“We also want to maintain our impressive record so it is going to be a difficult game on Sunday.”
Young Africans will also play MO Bejaia in the other group game.
