Inter-Allies Coach Jimmy Cobblah has heaped praises on his charges following a 4-0 drubbing of New Edubiase United at the Tema Park.
The victory over the relegation threatened club has breathed life into Allies’ relegation survival.
Emmanuel Nettey and Ropapa Mensah scored two goals with the other two goals coming from Prince Baffoe.
Cobblah who took over the club from Herber Addo says he was enthused with his players output on the afternoon against Edubiase.
“A good win for the team, We had no other choice then to win, at this stage goals are also important so we needed to score more as well,” he told the media after the game.
“I must congratulate my boys for this win because from the way they play you could see they were eager to win.”
The Tema-based side will trek to Dawu to play Dreams FC before hosting Liberty Professionals at home. They will then travel to play Aduana in their league game.
