Bechem United’s attacker, Abednego Tetteh has hinged his side’s 3-1 win over Hearts Of Oak to tactical superiority.
Tetteh who has been influential for the ‘Hunters’ struck twice during the first half before adding his third in the second half, with Owusu Bempah netting the consolation for the Phobians on the day.
The win moves Bechem United from the relegation zone to the 7th position with three matches to end the season.
Tetteh believes that he and his teammates were stronger on the afternoon than Hearts, contrary to claims that the Hearts team was weak on the afternoon.
‘’First of all, I give thanks to God. I also thank my teammates as well as the coaches. It’s not easy to score hat-trick against Hearts Of Oak,’’ he told Abusua FM.
‘’Hearts have a very good team contrary to what people are saying, it’s very compact. Maybe I had much strength than them.
‘’So it’s not that they were not good but I was better than them I just took my chances. I could have scored more goals if I had taken all my chances.’’
Tetteh is now third on the top scorers chart with 12 goals, and he is the fifth player to score a hat-trick this season.
