13 Players Made It To Black Stars First Training Session Ahead Of Rwanda Tie

Thirteen players reported for Black Stars’ first training session ahead of the final African Cup of Nations qualifier against Rwanda on Saturday.

The players included 3 local players which includes Wa All Stars goalie Richard Ofori, Ashanti Gold’s defender Kadri Mohammed and Kotoko’s youngster Dauda Mohammed who received a late call-up.

Ten foreign players also made to the first training at the Accra Sports Stadium.

They include Baba Rahman, Daniel Amartey, John Boye, Wakaso Mubarak and Edwin Gyimah.

Others were Afriyie Acquah, Frank Achemapong, Agyemang Badu, Yaw Yeboah and David Accam.

The technical handlers took them through some recovery training regime at the venue where the epic encounter will be played.

The other foreign players are expected to arrive in the country this evening in order for Coach Avram Grant to have full house ahead of the game.
