Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan has officially been unveiled by United Arab Emirates giants Al Ahli.
Gyan joined the Dubai-based club on transfer deadline day on Wednesday ahead of the start of the Arabian Gulf League on September 17.
The colourful event took place at the club’s secretariat in Dubai on Sunday afternoon and the former Sunderland attacker was handed his favourite number 3 jersey.
Gyan nearly signed for English Championship side Reading FC but the deal hit a snag after some disagreement.
Gyan’s Chinese club Shanghai SIPG offered him for loan deal after he failed to prove himself since joining the side.
