Ghanaian left-back Masahudu Alhassan is close to sealing a season-long loan deal with Serie B side Ascoli from A.C Perugia, Herosportsgh.com understands.
The former Genoa lateral defender is set to complete his loan move to the Bianconeri outfit as talks between his parent club and Ascoli have reached its advanced stage.
The 24-year-old has failed to establish himself as a first-teamer in Perugia team set-up since he was prised away last two seasons from Udinese.
According to reports from Italy, the former Black Stars left-back will in the coming hours finalise his loan deal with Ascoli following an agreement over his switch between both parties.
Masahudu Alhassan was part of the Black Stars squad that participated in the 2012 Africa Nations Cup tournament in Equatorial Guinea and Gabon.
