Asante Kotoko coach, Steve Pollack has mentioned that he was not enthused about his side’s output against AshGold in Kumasi Thursday.
The Porcupine Warriors were held to a 1-1 stalemate by AshGold on match day 27 of the Ghana Premier League.
Hans Kwoffie opened the scoring on the day, just a minute to end the first half of the tie.
But with two minutes to end proceedings, striker Sadick Adams pulled parity through the spot.
And, Pollack insists he was not satisfied with his team’s performance, noting that they were wasteful upfront.
“I’m not happy with the performance because we created a lot of chances and we failed to bury them”, he told the press after the game.
“I get frustrated with our decision making because there are so many good choices we could have made on the pitch”
‘’There’s always an opportunity to improve and we’re looking forward to the next game of course’’
Kotoko equalised courtesy a late penalty, which many believe was a wrong call but insits “I didn’t see it from where I sat”
Kotoko moves to fourth position and will battle Bechem United at home in their next game.
