FF Jaro and Ghanaian forward Seth Paintsil has stated that the injury he picked up during his side’s 3-1 home defeat to AC Aulu in the Finnish second-tier last Sunday is not as serious as initially feared.
The goal poacher said he has been given a clean bill of medical health by his club’s medical team after assessment and that he will return to training session on Monday (Today).
The 22-year-old saw his action time on the pitch being truncated on the 36th minute as he was replaced by team-mate Victor Stromback.
”I couldn’t continue in the midway of the first half and I was substituted,” Paintsil told Kickgh.com in an exclusive interview.
“But it wasn’t a serious injury after the tests conducted by the medical team and will be resuming training on Monday as we are going to prepare for our last game of the season against Gnistan.” he added.
The former BA United arrowhead man has so far banged in nine goals for his side in the ongoing league campaign.
