Egyptian side Smouha FC are reportedly close to securing the services of Berekum Chelsea attacker, Stephen Sarfo.
Sarfo has been a transfer target for both foreign and local clubs following a blistering performance in the just ended Ghana Premier League.
According to reports gathered by Kumasi-based FOX FM, Smouha FC have offered Chelsea $100,000 to sign the dreadlocks attacker.
The source revealed that the former Berekum Arsenals striker will be paid $7,000 as monthly salary if a deal is reached between the two parties.Again, the player is expected to earn $100,000 every season.
Aside Smouha FC, South African outfit Kaizer Chiefs are reported to have expressed interest in the red-hot attacker.
On the local front, reports indicate that giants Asante Kotoko and Elmina Sharks have shown interest in signing him to beef up their squads.
Sarfo capped his fantastic season by winning the goal king award in the 2917 WAFU tournament held in Ghana in September. He netted four tines to win the Golden Boot Award.
