Ghana and FC Lorient striker Majeed Waris has joined Portugal elite division side FC Porto on a season long-loan deal.
The 26-year-old frontman has been on a stupendous goal scoring form since joining the French league 2 side after banging in 20 goals in his 56 appearances for Lorient in the Ligue 1 campaign.
The former BK Hacken man passed his mandatory medicals today(Friday) in Portugal and has penned a season long-loan deal with the 2004 Uefa Champions League winners.
FC Porto announced the capturing of the Ghanaian international on their official Twitter handle and have the option to make the deal permanent for a fee of €6 million.
