VRHL takes a one week break

The Volta Regional Handball League goes on a one week break on Saturday, February 24, 2018.

The break becomes necessary as the venue for their matches will be used by the Central Zone Sports Association for their 44th Inter School Sports Festival.

The league will bounce back on March 3 with mouth-watering fixtures.

Mawuko, TERESCO, SOA, and HTU all stand the chances of winning the maiden edition of the league.

Stars of Asha last week narrowly defeated Ho Technical University (35-30) in a very tight match, with the return leg expecting to be tough as well.

However, most of the Regional Handball Referees will be officiating the games during the Sports Festival.

The Volta Regional handball Association is still working around the clock to get sponsorships for the league.
