Eunice Kpentey five goals send Valued Girls FC to FA Cup Round of 16

The dependable midfield player was the talk of the game from the blast of the referee’s whistle to the end. Kpentey who was deployed in her favourite midfield role left no stone unturned covering every part of the pitch.

After some good interceptions and domination of the game, with few minutes to end the first half Eunice Kpentey rose to the occasion to latch onto a loose ball which went straight into the opponent goal, giving the goalkeeper no chance at all to send Valued Girls 1nil up before the break.

The second half began with Valued Girls highly spirited, the Girls were up by 4 goals with a hattrick coming from Eunice Kpentey in the first 6 minutes of the half.

Eunice added her 5th goal on the 90th-minute mark when all seemed to have finished from nowhere she powers home the 8th goal to send the score to 8-0 in favour of Valued Girls FC.

With the 5th goal coming from Dorcas Manu on the 70th-minute mark, followed by a Mabel Freeman solo shoot on the 81st which gave the Shinning Ladies goalkeeper no chance and a 7th goal scored by Hanson Godsway Nortey to make the score 7-0 for the Valued Girls FC.

Kpentey was handed the Woman of the match after her scintillating performance on the day. Valued Girls qualify to the Round of 16 of the 2018 Sanford Women’s FA Cup.
