The former Asante Kotoko striker Latif Amadu who plies his trade with Albania club FK Teuta, has received an undisclosed offer from Israeli club Hapoel Petah Tikvah for one season.
Reports reaching Herosportsgh.com indicates the player’s club FK Teuta has refused to sanction the move and refused to let the player move on for free, with the player tied to his current club until 2019.
With the upbringing regarding whether the player will move hangs in the balance now, as the interested club is running out of time with the start of the league season bemoaning. Making it unlikely for the move to be completed.
Amadu who had a blistering career from his days at Heart of Lions through to Asante Kotoko has not exceeded his expectations from the plaudits received coming through the ranks in Ghana since he arrived in Europe. A new challenge could be of the best interest of the player, but as it stands now both parties are far apart.
