Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah has named a 21-man squad to face Kenya in group F second round qualifiers for the 2019 Afcon tournament in Cameroon.
The roster saw the inclusion of newly-signed Inter Milan dependable midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah after a long absence from the team due to injury setbacks.
Again, Belgium-based forward of Royal Antwerp FC, William Owusu has been handed his maiden call-up for the clash following his fine form with his side in the Belgium top-flight division.
Ghana will be pitching a camping base in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa for five days before they will leave for Kenya to take on their counterparts for the group F second qualifier matches.
The game will be played at the Moi International Sports Centre in Nairobi on September 8.
