Former Ghanaian international Samuel Sarfo has been making headlines in the Persian Gulf Pro League with excellent performances in the ongoing season at his club Saipa FC, which has attracted a lot of clubs from Europe.
Turkey seems the next destination for Sarfo as 6 top pro clubs from the Turkish Premier division has shown a keen interest for the central defender and would be looking to seal a move for the former Ghanaian international.
Sarfo, 28, played 26 games so far in the season at the club and has got on to be the fans favourite with his incisive defensive skills and much power which has been his strength since his days at Ghana premier league side Liberty Professionals.
Samuel Sarfo was named the Best Foreign Central Defender in the ongoing Persian Gulf Pro League with no doubt as to the stats and went on to score in the clubs Asian Champions League opener.
Saipa is looking to hold onto their fans favourite star player but with keen interest from clubs, it seems unlikely as it would be too soon to say with a European interest on the cards.
