The President of the Greater Accra Handball Association, Mr Paul Dadzie and the Secretary-General Mr Eric Sena Adjeyi, for the first time had an official sit down with the CEO of Origin 8 and his staff. The engagement took place at the head office of Origin 8 in Labone, Accra.
The purpose of the official meeting was to secure and finalize conclusions on the sponsorship package between GAHA and Origin8.
At the meeting, the president Mr Paul Dadzie of GAHA presented the details and activities of GAHA which includes the number of teams, courts and calendar of events.
Origin 8 is a marketing and PR events company which also deals with branding and advertising.
In an interview with the CEO of Origin 8 Mr William Y. Ansah says his outfit is ready to support handball.
“Here at Origin 8, we deliver on our promise and we will make sure to support and promote handball. Our aim in conjunction with GAHA is to make handball become a household name among other sporting disciplines here in Ghana, and if possible in Africa as a whole”
The President of GAHA was great full to the management and staff especially the CEO of Origin 8 for their kind gesture and readiness to support handball.
” I would like to thank the management and the CEO for their support and encouragement towards the promotion of handball. We at GAHA will also do our best to maintain the integrity of the game at all cost positively and we know this collaboration would be fruitful”
The CEO together with his team will prepare a solid presentation for some corporate bodies who are also interested in coming on board to support Handball.
They are looking at branding game centres, organizing seminars among others as part of the sponsorship they wish to bring on board.
